Sump Pumps and Battery back-ups

All our sumps are custom perforated to allow ground water in. Any and all existing drains will be tied in. We only use cast iron sumps with micro floats to allow for affective and long lasting security. Can be paired with battery back-up with included deep cycle battery. All sumps have a 3yr warranty from date of installation
Interior Waterproofing
- 1st - Breakout and trench exteriors walls 2nd - Install drain tile and clean stone to connect to new or existing sump 3rd - Core drill blocks to drain existing water at lowest point and install appropriate membrane (included in cost) 4th - Re-cement, clean up and let you get back to enjoying your dry basement
Our process uses canadian made products, loccaly purchased to insure quality. While allowing use to remain affordable. All interior drainage includes a 4ft membrane and is backed by a 15yr transferable warrenty. By doing interior waterproofing, we can piece out the troubled areas allowing you to control your budget.
Crawlspace Encapsulation
- We start by cleaning out the crawl space remove all unwanted items and organic materials.
- Then the area is graded and if necessary drainage is installed and ran to new or existing sump
- Next we start encapsulation. 1st layer is delta, then a 10 mil reinforced poly which is sealed at the seams and ran up the exterior walls for spray foam. Or can be sealed with our rubber caulking to prevent any moisture.
We only use 10mil heavy reinforced poly to help prevent tares and punctures. Our poly is mold resistant, rot-proof, and chemical resistant. By adding a 1st layer of delta to direct and prevent moisture. Your crawlspace with be clean and usable in no time
Crack Repairs / Mold Remediation
- We offer quick and reliably solutions for crack repairs in your pored basements. Our layered process is done inside and is backed by a 15yr transferable warranty. These can be done individually or paired with any of our waterproofing solutions
